Deleting Goals

Summary: We do not want workers to be able to delete their own Goals.

Is it possible to remove the DELETE Action to stop Workers from deleting their own Goals they've added themselves?

Or, can we send email notifications to the Line Manager for Delete Actions only? :

Worker Goal Setting Profile Option Values > HRG_DELETE_GOAL_REQ_APPR = set to YES
