Is there a way to overwrite calculated columns in compensation plan?

Hello experts,

our customer would like to enable some user to overwrite a column already available in compensation plan. However, this columns is calculated (it is a dynamic column picking value from another one). At this moment, if the user overwrite the calculated value the system returns the calculated value and not the new one entered by the user.

How can we achieve our customer aim? Any suggestions?
