How is Resource Teams used in Internal Help Desk Next Gen
We are implementing Internal Help Desk Next Gen.
I was able to create a Resource Team and add it to a Queue.
My question is, where do I add it to the Internal Service Request record.
When I go to Teams lin k in the ISR record and Add a Team Member, there is no option to add the Resource Team, I can only add a Resource one by one.
Appreciate help on this. Thanks in advance.
