Additional field for tagging purpose

Summary:

Seeking advise of additional fields for user to tag the incoming project code and the fields taken must able to generate a report for monitoring.

Content (required):

Requirement:

There may has more than hundred or thousands project code that need to use the additional fields to tag it and may also have different types.

Prefer the fields able for user to create more and more code and can have more than one field.

Others than the feature, we also need a report for monitoring.

 

example:

type 1: construction

code: project_001C, project_002C, project_003C, etc

 

type 2: lending

code: project_001L, project_002L, project_003L, etc
