Query to fetch work requirement name against a work order.

In fusion Maintenance Cloud, we have defined multiple Maintenance Requirements in one Maintenance Program. Maintenance WO is generated from a Maintenance Program which is linked with a corresponding Work Requirement Name. I am writing a query in OTBI to pick the correct Work Requirement Name with respect to the work order. Expectation is query should always bring one record with the corresponding Maintenance Requirement Name. However, query fetches two records (because Maintenance Program has two work requirements). Please refer the query and further details in the document uploaded and advise how it can be achieved.
