Visual Builder Backend and ERP Service Connection issue

I am trying to connect to Oracle ERP Cloud from Visual Builder

I am trying to connect to Oracle ERP Cloud from Visual Builder. I created the following Backend connection with Basic authentication:

When I then go to Create Service Connection, I select "Select from Catalog" and am presented with this page, where am selecting Enterprise Resource Planning and Supply Chain:

After selecting this, I am presented with this page:

I then get an error, Failed to fetch:

Can someone please help explain what I am doing wrong? Thanks in advance.
