Title field in career site list of values not properly displayed

Hello experts,

we enabled MR. and MRS. values in Title common lookup for Austria.

Title field in Core HR works as expected and it shows these two values when hiring employee in Austria.

However, if accessing Career Site, the Title field shows 4 values instead of the previous two.

Is there another lookup behind that field in Core HR?

How can I make it works properly?
