Is it possible to trigger journeys after Employment Contract changes

Hello,

We have configured some "contract update" type actions and created journeys that must be activated when the action is submitted, but when we submit the action in the Employment contract area the journey does not arrive.

Can we trigger the journey after the action taken in the employment contract area?
