Work Requirement to be created only for single time without forecast

Hi,

We are facing an issue wherein whenever we are creating a Work requirement under a PM programme, we are trying to create the maintenance WO only once and hence we are not using the Forecast using a cycle option as we do not want any forecast. Whenever we are are unticking the forecast option , system doenst allow to run the job to create work order from PM program> Action> Create Work Order.

Basically what we need is to create maintenance WO for many assets at once and that too only for single time. We do not want to perform PM on these assets more than once. Hence we don't want forecast and we want to select a single date on which we want this activity to be performed eg: all maintenance WO to be created on 8th of May.
