Talent Review questions (R13)

Hello All,
We have recently upgraded to R13 and the business is requesting a few changes relating to the Talent Review.
1. When looking at the Performance section of an employee under "Show Details", it displays the Overall Summary comment. The business would like to pull in the Goals & Leadership Pillars (commonly called Competencies) comments instead. Is there a way to achieve this?
2. We have set up our 9 block using Performance and Potential as the axis. The business would like to change the rating scale for Performance to High, Med and Low instead of Exceptional, Outstanding, etc... This would only be used for purposes of the Talent Review. They do not want to change the actual scale for Performance.
