How to default FOB by Shipping Method

in order to enable automation, We need to Default the FOB by the Shipping method

The shipping method should trigger the FOB. UPS = CIP , LTL = CIP , CUPU = EXW . In case nothing is filled, default CIP,

Should I use Manage Posttransformation Defaulting Rules in order to achieve it?
