How to block suppliers to update Purchase Order item prices in Supplier Portal

Summary:

Our customer has Oracle Purchasing Cloud to create and manage their Purchas Orders, and they use Oracle Supplier Portal to collaborate with their suppliers.

Regarding change orders initiate by supplier through Supplier Portal, our customer would like to enable the suppliers to change the quantities and schedules, but they don`t want suppliers to be able to change item prices.

Initially, we tried to personalize the Supplier Portal page so that the item price field would be read only. However, this change impacted the buyer screen either, where the price field became read only too. Thus, this personalization could not be used.
