In Consolidation Journals, the workflow notification emails are lagging the actual action taken

Content (required):

Currently, the submitter of the JE has to notify the approver via Teams chat that the JE is ready to approve. The approver (who is not getting an email from [email protected]) approves the JE. Then the approver is receiving an email that there is a JE needing to be approved. As a result, the notification of the action is lagging the actual action taken. This is happening with all steps. If one is rejected and then resubmitted, a workflow email is produced upon submission that the JE has been rejected etc.
