EPCM - YTD from PTD source data for every period

Summary:

In EPCM, all of my current month calculations require previous month YTD data for calculation. we have not created any additional period type dimension and its members(YTD, PTD, MTD etc..) and requested source(GL) to always provide YTD balance every month for calculations and we have set up all rules based on that.

Due to recent upgrade of GL source system, history balances are not migrated properly and hence they cannot send accurate YTD balances like they did it from legacy system. Suggested solution is source will send PTD balances every month and EPCM to calculate YTD and use it for calculation.
