Want to re-send Password Reset emails in bulk to all supplier contact user account and following a Oracle Note "How To Resend Or Stop Credential Email Notification To Fusion Employees via HDL ? ( Doc ID 2134269.1 )"

Want to know-

1) How will system makes sure this email notifications will be sent to only supplier contact user and not to regular employees once the "CredentialsEmailSent" is set to "N" for supplier user account?

2) Which table does the system update this column "CredentialsEmailSent"? As we checked in PER_USERS table, there are other regular employees also which have "CredentialsEmailSent" set as "N". Will those regular employees will also receive notifications when finally we run the job "Send User Name and Password E-Mail Notifications"
