Prevent a requisition submission with a requested delivery date outside BPA validity dates

Is there any way to prevent a user to submit a requisition with a requested delivery date outside BPA validity dates

Requisitions should be automatically transformed to orders. That's why we need that the requested delivery date controls occur at the requisition level. Is there any way to check that the requested delivery date is well included between the BPA start date and end date before submitting the requisition ?
