Hi,
we would like to customize the current behavior related to 'Require a feedback' action. Now the employee has the possibility to require a feedback to every person in the company. Our goal is to have the possibility to limit the list of people to ask for a feedback, to the people who belong to the same Manager Hierarchy of the employee (therefore his/her Line Manager or his/her peers who have the same employee's Line Manager).
Hoping someone ha some suggestions.
