Where are multiple responses for Response to Request campaigns showing?

Hi Experts,
We are implementing the Marketing Email Campaign and having some issues in finding the content in the Oracle Guide.
As it is described, "If you're creating a Respond to Request campaign, you can add one or multiple responses for the goal. Enter a response label. This is visible to recipients in the campaign email. "
Even though the set up in the Goal Responses section follows the instructions, in the campaign email or in the candidate website there are no such labels with the possibility of selecting a response.
Have you encountered the same issue as us? Where does the candidate would be able to find these labels and therefore select them?
