Federal Wage Garnishment Setup in Texas
Summary:
We have a business requirement to set up a wage garnishment that is mandated by a federal court, but we are being prevented because of the Texas restriction on wage garnishments.

Based on our research the Texas based garnishment won't be processed by payroll if we set it up that way, but this is Federal and it's not clear how to configure it this way.
