Deeplink is not generated correctly in ALert composer notifications

Summary:

on clicking on the requisition deeplink in Alert composer Notifications like IRC_Requisition_Initiation it gives "Error 500--Internal Server because the link is not generated correctly. it shows null instead of deeplink if using any custom role

it is showing "https://xxxx.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/faces/null?_afrLoop=62544664067620693&_afrWindowMode=0&_afrWindowId=l0mx3nchw&_adf.ctrl-state=e4dsr2db5_175&_afrFS=16&_afrMT=screen&_afrMFW=1028&_afrMFH=758&_afrMFDW=1536&_afrMFDH=864&_afrMFC=8&_afrMFCI=0&_afrMFM=0&_afrMFR=120&_afrMFG=0&_afrMFS=0&_afrMFO=0"

instead of

https://xxxx.oraclecloud.com/fndSetup/faces/deeplink?objType=IRC_RECRUITING&action=REQUISITION_DETAIL_RECRUITING_RESP&objKey=fndWarnChanges=true;RequisitionId=300000339206240;pCalledFrom=DEEPLINK


it is working correctly when i user the out of the Box recruiter job role . but even if i just copy it including inherited roles and assign the new role to the user it doesn't work
