Service Request Header SQL Predicate

Hi all, I have been trying to set up a custom condition for the 'Service Request Header' object, but it isn't working for me. I have even tried creating a very simple SQL predicate, that mirrors another condition, e.g. ( &TABLE_ALIAS.STRIPE_CD = 'ORA_SVC_HRHD' ), but it still doesn't work. More specifically - I have a role with the seeded "view all HRHD request" condition, which was working as intended and I could see all SRs in the UI.
