We have some concerns that we would like you to address regarding a 23B upgrade in Recruiting.

Queries:

1. Will enabling OM have impact on any other process carried out on the job requisition or career site postings, etc.?

2. Will the feature enablement impact any processes/functionalities/features/personalization that we need to watch out for?

3. What is the impact of this feature enablement on other process and things that we need to watch out for.

4. Do we have to enable the profile options and run the scheduled process before the upgrade happens or can we do it later?
