How to default fields in When and Why?

Summary:

Hello everyone,

we are trying to default these fields available in Add Assignment action on When and Why section,

We need to default to Permanent and No instead of Temporary and Yes.

Is it feasible with autocomplete rules? Or do we need Page composer to default these values?
