Notification for Open Pending POs

Summary:

Dear Oracle,


We have a requirement wherein user wants to have an escalation mode in place for Purchase Order which are in Open status and not received since a specified number of days. Example PO created on 30 April with tolerance as 3 days if not received even after that should send an escalation mail, notification something.
