Is it possible to add a Bank account for future employees on the same day you create the account?

Summary:

We have the following problem: When we create a new employee account, we need to wait 24hours to create a bank account for this new employee. 

We scheduled the following processes: Maintain Party and Location Current Record Information and Synchronize Person Records. But these processes can only ran all 24hours according to our last information from MOS.

What we are looking for is an automatical (!) solution, that we can add a bank account for a future employee on the same day we create the account for the employee. Otherwise we would have to touch the account two times and this not efficient.
