Creating OTBI report with employee termination details

I need to create a OTBI report to get employee termination details. I used  Workforce Management - Work Relationship Real Time subject area but after release 13 can not use it. Although I used assignment details table in the work relationship subject area I could not able to get terminate employee details. Appreciate your suggestions.
