Previous year Performance ratings are shown in Talent Review

Hi All,

The issue we are currently facing is let's say the meeting was created on 10th May assuming that the meeting would be conducted on 20th May. If Manager notices that there are many employees who did not complete the performance rating the Manager would conduct the actual meeting after a few more days. In this case, though the meeting is being conducted on after a few days assuming after 5 days (where the employee completed the performance rating) it still shows up the previous year rating though we have latest ratings by 25th May.
