Calendar of recommended tasks a Benefits Administrator should perform on a regular basis

Summary:
I'm looking to create a calendar of recommended processes/activities a benefits administrator should do on a regular basis. I want to document the tasks that are necessary to maintain benefits and ensure you are getting the most out of your product. Has anyone created something like this? I searched on Oracle documentation for a bit and couldn't find anything.
For example:
Monthly – run reevaluate Designee Eligibility process
Weekly – review started/detected life events
Quarterly – review upcoming release notes
etc.
