Is it possible to create a DFF at the requisition line level that updates based on two data from Distribution?

Is it possible to create a DFF at the request line level that updates based on two segments of Distribution data? I made a query but I couldn't get the correct information per request, my query compares the segment count with the values registered in the Lookup. Are there any parameters that I can use to get row information?
