Audit report for territory changes?

Can the Audit Reports access be given to custom role, and also restrict the Product and Business Object Type selection?

For security audit purpose, customer needs to be able to track all changes to territories. Is there a way to give the Audit Reports access to specific custom role and further restrict which Product and Business Object Type that this role can select? This role is a Sales related role and only allowed to access Sales and Territory Management products.
