Disable salary input field on the flow when launched from ORC

Summary:

Change Assignment flow is coming from ORC internal recruitment. We cannot hide salary block, if we do then salary will not flow to HR. Our request is disable salary input field on change salary so that no one can override the salary value during manual processing of job Offers.

Please advise what to be done.

Note: This cannot be done using design studio as Salary Field is required.
