Request help to delete my tenancy and OCI account

Hi,

Since April my tenancy became inactive and support team somehow was not able to offer any help nor suggestion...Now I just would like to request for deleting the tenancy and OCI account, which I can't do by myself with an inactivated tenancy. Please help.
