Custom FYI Notification for recruiting

Hi All,


We need to create a custom FYI notification that should be sent to a particular user.

The new notification will be triggered when the job requisition has been approved by the 1st representative and it still needs to be approved by 2nd representative.

And, also that notification should be triggered for a particular legal entity.

Attaching a screenshot of the approval rule for reference.

Can anyone please let me know how to proceed on this.
