Summary: Is there a way to lock an offering from allowing Learning Coordinators from making any changes to an ILT offering?

In our old LMS to "close" the offering, after marking the learners successful/complete, there was an offering status to change from open to "delivered" or "cancelled". Once the offering was changed to one of these statuses, no one was able to make any further changes to the offering roster.

However, in Oracle, we have not found a way to do this yet. The offering remains "open" forever. As a workaround the team is using a DFF and have asked our Coordinators to manually mark the DFF as delivered or cancelled, but changes can still be made.
