How to make performance goals only available to edit for new hires
Summary:
We have a requirement to have all directors and above enter goals. We had a cycle period where the goals were edited and approved, but are now locked for editing to on HR. For any new hires that are director and above, we need them to have the ability to enter goals, while still having the rest of the population with just the view access to their goals, not editable. Can this be achieved? Is there a best practice for this?
