IDR Implementation Issues

Summary:

Currently testing IDR in Dev 2 environment. Received and used URL to use for viewing status of invoices before appearing on dashboard (Web Center). Unfortunately, invoices are routed directly on Payables Dashboard.

Content (required):

Tested by sending 3 invoices in Dev2 to the IDR email. All 3 invoices showed up directly on the payables dashboard.

SI Partner previously advised during testing that invoices would go into a queue before going to the dashboard which is why a URL link was thought to be needed. Would then have to go to the queue and then push them to the dashboard.

The email was not attached (either as a separate attachment or appended to the end of the invoice).
