OSMS – yum Reports "glibc-ksplice" package Dependency Error

Linux x86_64 on Oracle Public Cloud

Symptom:

yum reports "glibc-ksplice" package dependency error when running yum update command.

$ yum update 
Loaded plugins: osmsplugin, security, ulninfo
