Summary:

We have a scenario where user adds 2 different types of Categories in requisition lines. As per the requirement, Category-1 satisfies Auto Approval and Category- 2 satisfies approval with Approval Group which may have 2 or more persons but the customer expects the group to behave as parallel.

So we have setup the participant having these rules as 'Parallel'.

In this scenario where Category 1 and 2 are part of the Requisition, both Auto Approval and Approval group are derived in the approval path. In order to avoid the Requisition from being Auto Approved, we have setup the Voting outcome as '51%' but this is creating inconsistencies.
