We are implementing CMK and would want to understand if we can call a third party Service provider endpoint using the “Web Service” Delivery method. From the documentation that is provided https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/supply-chain-and-manufacturing/23b/facmm/define-delivery-methods.html#s20070348

, it is mentioned that the User name must be “The user must be a valid Oracle Fusion applications user.”, this gives an impression that we cannot call custom endpoints using the web service method.

can you please confirm if we can call any third party service provider endpoint or does the web service method compatible only with Oracle Business network (OBN) ?
