PR not converted to PO automatically because PR req. delivery date is greater than BPA end date.

Summary:

Let's take one business case: We have created BPA with supplier for period 1 Jan 2023 to 31 Dec 2023. Now one requester created PR with reference to this BPA and select 31 Jan 2024 as requested delivery date. PR got approved by approver, but it did not process into PO automatically. So, is it possible that system will not validate BPA end date with PR requested delivery date and allow us to process PO automatically?

Because at the time of creation of PR requester does not aware about the BPA start and end date.
