Job Description Editor is changed post 23A

Summary:

We can see that the posting description section / Editor is now changed and it comes up with a different editor than the previous editor.. Please see attached screenshot


I checked all the features listed in 23 A at https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/tutorial/cloud/r13/wn/recruiting/releases/23A/23A-recruiting-wn.htm#F25993 but there are no mentions about this feature.


We would like to know what is the feature and where can i find the document about it.


Also, why is it not added in the release notes anywhere?
