need to add more values to the citenzenship status in requisitions

I don't remember and cannot not find the option to add more values for the field citizenship status in requisitions (administration tab)

Content (required):

Requisition-Administration/Other/Citizenship Values current values are: Not specify, Not applicable, Must be a Citizen , H1B Visa Accepted and Other visa accepted. However, I need to add more options.
