When an employee adds attachments while adding/updating the certification, the attachments are not visible to the approvers in the approval notifications and in the application as well. All they see is a message that an attachment was added and not the real attachment. If we navigate to Skills and Qualifications section ad add an attachment in the Licenses and Certifications section, neither the employee nor the approver sees the attachments. The attachments are not visible on the approval notification and also the page itself

If the approvers can't see the attachments, how can they approve the transaction?
