how to display a questionnaire score (not prescreening) within a job application grid view

Summary:

We created a questionnaire which comes in play at reference phase of the application. our goal is to show the score of that questionnaire within the job application grid view. From what i can gather we can do that with prescreening questionnaire, but can i also do that with other questionnaire? i attempted to create a compound field, but i could not find the questionnaire in the available list. how can i accomplish my task?
