Hiring Manager role delegation

Summary:

Hi Team,

We are looking for ability for Hiring Managers to delegate their role to other users to create requisitions on their behalf. On making the Hiring Manager role delegatable, we are still not able to see the expected behaviour of the proxy user being able to see the delegator's requisitions or able to create a requisition on behalf of the delegator.

Has anyone able to test delegating Hiring Manager role successfully ?
