How can we prevent the internal or external candidates from applying to jobs when a person is identified for hire and the offer process takes it's own time? You cannot change status of the the requisition to expired or filled unless the existing candidate who is identified need to complete the recruiting process like offer process and move to HR. In the meanwhile what if other candidates apply to this job which the recruiter is not interested to process? How we can achieve this restriction? Any inputs is highly appreciated, thanks.
