Valid Grade Report-Multiple Grades on jobs audit

Summary:

We are trying to run a report on all the active valid grades associated with a job, to audit and clean up any that may have multiple grades associated with the job.

Content (required):

When we run this report, it is pulling inactive grades, and it's also pulling a duplicate of the new current grade. Not only is it pulling all of this data, it is pulling it all into one excel cell, not three different cells. Does anyone have a report that they have built that is successfully pulling this data?
