How to allow different email address formats for supplier contacts

Summary:

We want to allow different email address formats for supplier contacts - For example, @caliber.solutions and @1up.health. These are currently unacceptable values in Voyager, and it will affect the functionality of Voyager in being able to register our suppliers in the portal.
