Impossible to get report output for only some users when launching them

Content (required):

Hello experts, we have been having problems since November 2022 for different reports: we have only some users that are not able to get the output when opening some reports. In particular, 2 OTBI report and 2 BI report at this moment, launched by different users. Does anyone know if something happened to the Report & Analytics section in these months??
