Not able to enter / update Performance ??

Trying to prepare for Talent Review meeting by updating information of team members. I can update Potetial, Risk of Loss and Impact of Loss.

Performance is cannot  be updated

Is there a reason why?

- Maybe because the annual review process is still ongoing?

What are the options to make this available?
